Focus HVAC offers you peace of mind with maintenance agreements that will help keep your heating, air conditioning and water heating equipment running at peak performance. Your heating and air conditioning system, just like your car, needs routine maintenance to run properly, last longer, and meet the requirements for manufacturer warranties. With annual service tune-ups we can prevent problems by catching small issues before they become big ones.

Focus Group Loyalty Credit
An additional perk for being a Focus Group member!
For every consecutive year you participate, you will receive a credit (up to 500.00) toward a future system replacement. With regular maintenance we want to keep your current system going as long as possible. When the time comes to replace it, you will have this customer loyalty credit toward a new system installed by Focus HVAC. - Credit accrues at 50.00 per consecutive calendar year at your Focus Group maintenance plan renewal date - No cash value - Credit can only be used for heating and air conditioning system replacement by Focus HVAC - Balance will reset to 0.00 at any point where customer cancels or does not renew maintenance plan |
Commercial Service and Maintenance PlansCommercial facilities vary greatly in terms of size and heating & air conditioning requirements. Our commercial service and maintenance plans can consist of annual tune-ups and quarterly inspections/filter changes and feature priority service and discounts on covered parts. Since each location is unique, we will provide your company with free quote.
